1. Mixture preparation

In a large bowl, add the water to the Falafel mix & stir well. Put the mixture in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.

2. Preparation of the Falafel balls

Pour the vegetable oil into a deep frying pan. Boil the oil. With the help of two spoons / a device for making falafel balls / with your hands make small balls and throw gently over the oil.

3. Frying

Deep-fry the balls until golden-brown and crisp (about 3-4 min).

Chef's Tip!

Add fresh parsley and coriander to make green falafel.
Mix the tahini with 1/8 cup of water, little squeezed lemon and salt.
Serve in pita with vegetables.
