1. Noodle softening

Cook the noodles in a pot for 5 minutes until the noodles soften, drain liquids and set aside.

2. Frying the entrecote / chickens

Light a flame, place over a wok pan to sauté.
Add oil to the pan and fry the entrecote / chicken for about 3 minutes or until browned, remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Adding components to Wack

Fry in the same pan (wak) strips of vegetables that you like for about 5 minutes, and add the fried entrecote / chicken, noodles and the Sichuan sauce.
