1. How to prepare the Quinoa

Heat a large pan with a thick bottom over medium heat. pour 2 cups boiling water, quinoa and the seasoning mix, mix and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat.

2. How to prepare chicken breast

Heat a skillet with a thick bottom over medium heat.
Add oil and sear the chicken breast / chickens for about 7 minutes on each side until light golden.
